The 1200 series is similar in design to the 800, but is able to produce thicker tube sheets. Extensive access developers are also available.

Covers the pipe size range from 12.7 mm (1⁄2 “) OD to 38.1 mm (1 1⁄2”) OD. Length 38.1 mm (1 ⁄ 2) or 57.1 mm (2 ⁄ 4 “) Roll length for pipe sheet thickness from 12.7 mm (1⁄2”) to 152.4 mm (6 “) Expanders 304.8 mm (12 “). Each expander has a reversible collar, washable on one side, 3.2 mm (1⁄8 inch) on the back. Fully interchangeable with Airetool, Wicksteed and Teco 1200 expanders. 5 roll expanders are also available.
